Step 7: Transfers

Most
orders take 2 weeks to complete.
But because of the different circumstances involved in each
order that could very. Very large orders for example could
take longer while small, straight forward orders not even a
week. We have also found that these transferred tapes make
great Christmas gifts. This means the holidays may be very
busy, therefore slowing things down.
No
matter the case
we have always
been happy to work with clients and their deadlines. All you
need to do is ask. There is no extra charge at this time to
accommodate a special turn-around.
When
your order is complete
(or analyzed which ever be the case) you will hear from us by
email or by phone. If you included your credit card info on
your order-form we will be contacting you just to let you know
how much your total is and that we are running your card. If
you did not send your payment info we will be calling to
discuss your total and take your credit card information over
the phone. If you would rather send a check that can be
arranged also. We also accept Pay Pal.
Once
payment is made
your tapes and new CDs will be safely packaged and shipped
back to you. Remember, we do keep a copy of your audio and CD
label on file to assure a safe return. Also, if after
receiving your CDs you discover other family members would
like their own copies we can provide you with duplicate CD
with matching label for just $5 each. Remember we only keep
these back-up files for 30 days untouched. Any reorder would
start a new 30 days.
