What is Rapid Electronic Delivery ?

Rapid Electronic Delivery is a faster less expensive way to have your reel to reel audio tapes and cassette/microcassette tapes transferred. You ship us your tapes, we expedite your order , transfer your tapes and upload a single (per tape) MP3 file  to our server for you to download.  print order form

Rapid Electronic Delivery is for you if:

• You need your transfers quickly.

• You do not want your original tapes back. (For an extra shipping fee tapes can be returned.)

• You have the means and know how  to listen to and work with MP3 files.

• You like the idea of saving $5 per tape and not paying for extra CDs required for tapes over 80 minutes. print order form

Benefits of Rapid Electronic Delivery:

• Your order is completed quicker than our regular service.

• There is no extra CD charge for tapes over eighty minutes

• No return shipping (if you don't want your tapes back.)

• The download page address (URL) can be shared with family members so they to can download their own copy of the audio.

• Files will stay on our server for 7 days. print order form

Rapid Electronic Delivery  may not be for you if:

• You want the original tapes back (if you would like the benefit of R.E.D. but would also like the original tapes back you can pay the standard return shipping and have them returned after you download your files.)

• You are not familiar with MP3 files and are not sure how to play one or record one to a CD

• You require your file to be .wav or .aiff and do not have the means to make one from a MP3 file. We can only upload MP3 files.

• You would like actual audio CDs with printed photos or information. print order form

Pricing for Rapid Electronic Delivery 3" reel to CD - $15 4" reel to CD - $20 5" reel to CD - $25 7" reel to CD - $30 10.5" reel to CD - $40 There are no CD's so $0 for extra CDs regardless of how long your tape is and if you do not want your tapes returned $0 for return shipping. 10% bulk discount for 10 or more tapes. print order form

Pricing for Standard Service 3" reel to CD - $20 4" reel to CD - $25 5" reel to CD - $30 7" reel to CD - $35 10.5" reel to CD - $45 Plus $5 for each CD over 80 minutes & return shipping of $7 first tape $0.50 each additional.

Each tape will be one file. Silence and basic amplitude issues will be corrected at no extra charge.

If you do want your original tapes returned it is an extra $7 first tape .50 each additional tape.

Our software will determine the best bit rate for your audio. High quality audio will have a higher bit rate, lower quality audio a lower bit rate.

We will still keep a copy of your audio on file.
