Step 6: Tapes arrived safely

The day we receive your tapes we will contact you right away. Usually within the hour. We will contact you by email if one was provided. Please reply to this email as soon as possible so we know you got it. It may be a good idea to add info@ree2reel2cd.com to your address book now so future communications from us don't go to your spam or trash folder by mistake. If we don't hear back from you we will phone the number you included on the order-form to confirm you have been contacted. If you shipped USPS "Priority mail" it should never take more than 3 workdays for your tapes to arrive here. If you don't hear from us by then please call us at 1-800-617-8273.
